Igor Tsinman, President of AMC Bridge, alongside Kateryna Synakh, Senior Director of Global Operations and Communications, Andrii Dankevych, Senior Director of Operational Excellence, and Iryna Chuiko, Director of Human Resources, visited the company’s development center in Tashkent as part of an ongoing effort to align company’s global goals with the team, deepen collaboration, and exchange ideas and perspectives.
The central focus of the visit was a meeting with the Uzbekistan team, where AMC Bridge senior management representatives discussed the company’s long-term strategic direction, shared key business results, and outlined company’s global goals for 2025. This session highlighted the company’s commitment to building a strong and integrated development center in Uzbekistan while reinforcing the importance of aligning local efforts with AMC Bridge’s broader vision.
“One of the key points we emphasized during our discussion with the team in Tashkent was the importance of understanding our clients’ business challenges and AMC Bridge’s approaches to address them,” said Igor Tsinman, President of AMC Bridge. “Software is just a tool—what truly makes a difference is our ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that solve business problems. This approach is a core part of our global strategy, and it’s something we are working to strengthen across all our teams. Achieving this requires close collaboration and shared focus, and we’re confident that through joint efforts, including here in Uzbekistan, we will continue to deliver real business value.”
Another major theme discussed with the team was the accelerating role of artificial intelligence in both development processes and the solutions AMC Bridge delivers. Senior management representatives stressed that integrating AI is now a strategic priority, vital for increasing efficiency and remaining competitive in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
“As we continue to expand our capabilities, integrating AI across our projects and internal processes is a top priority,” said Andrii Dankevych, Senior Director of Operational Excellence. “Our goal is to ensure the efficient adoption of AI technologies in ways that deliver maximum value for both our teams and our clients."
The visit reaffirmed AMC Bridge’s dedication to growing its presence in Uzbekistan and investing in long-term success through people, expertise, and innovation. Since launching operations in the country over two years ago, the company has built a strong core team of around 30 skilled professionals. But the growth doesn’t stop there—AMC Bridge is actively looking to expand its team further, not only by attracting seasoned developers but also by nurturing the next generation of talent. A prime example of this commitment is the Campus trainee program launched in Uzbekistan in 2024, which offers students a hands-on entry point into the tech industry.
