AMC Bridge COO Vadym Synakh visited Pune, India, together with senior managers from HR and Global Delivery, for a series of meetings with the AMC Bridge India team. The visit continued the company’s broader engagement across its global locations and provided an opportunity to discuss business developments, industry changes, and the evolving role of the team in India within AMC Bridge.

During the main in-person meeting, senior management shared perspectives on the changes taking place across the software services market, including the growing influence of artificial intelligence on software development, productivity, delivery models, and customer expectations.

The conversation focused on how AMC Bridge is responding through broader AI adoption, stronger technological and industry expertise, and a greater focus on customer business outcomes. The meeting also created space for direct dialogue, giving team members an opportunity to discuss these developments with senior management and exchange perspectives on the company’s direction.
