Michael Ludensky, CFO and Executive Chairman of AMC Bridge, visited Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with Senior Management from Global Delivery and HR to meet with the team and discuss the company’s strategic direction, market developments, and evolving customer expectations.
The conversation centered on the impact of artificial intelligence on software development and the broader delivery model. As AI continues to change productivity, development practices, and the economics of software services, customer expectations are also evolving. The team discussed how these changes are shaping the market and what they mean for AMC Bridge’s approach to delivering value to customers.
The discussion also highlighted AMC Bridge’s consultancy-focused approach, with an emphasis on understanding customer challenges, combining technical and industry expertise, and contributing to business outcomes. The conversation explored how this approach continues to shape the way teams work with clients, bringing together technology expertise and a clear understanding of the business context behind each engagement.
For the Uzbekistan team, the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the changing market, the impact of AI, and the company’s strategic direction directly with senior management, and better understand how these priorities connect with their work, technologies, and customer engagements.
“The changes we are seeing across the software industry are also changing what customers expect from their technology partners. AI is accelerating that shift, but the broader question for AMC Bridge is how we continue to create value beyond software delivery. This means taking a broader view of each engagement, connecting technology decisions with the outcomes our customers are looking to achieve. This is an important part of our strategic direction, and staying aligned on it across our global teams is essential to how we operate today,” said Michael Ludensky, CFO and Executive Chairman of AMC Bridge.

The visit also included informal time with the team, providing an opportunity to continue conversations and connect outside the formal discussions.
The Tashkent meetings continued the series of the company’s senior management visits to its global locations. Through these meetings, AMC Bridge is bringing discussions about its strategy, market changes, and business transformation directly to its teams while strengthening communication and alignment across the organization.
