  • Since 2015, AMC Bridge has been organizing an annual Demystifying 3D Development (D3D) conference. The event brings together professional speakers and anyone interested in the latest trends and innovative technologies related to software development. Also, the company holds free meetups for an external audience. During the events, our teammates talk about valuable tools, share their smart ideas, and network.

  • Internal seminars are regularly organized for the company employees. Everyone is welcome to share their experience and learn lessons from the success or failure stories of AMC Bridge team members.

  • We’ve made it our priority to deliver professional development opportunities for students. Thus, AMC Bridge actively collaborates with leading universities. At the company we have the Campus program for students. Our trainees can master their skills on real projects using cutting-edge technologies during the work process during the work process and deep dive into every layer of the real engineering software development. The projects are then published on app stores with thousands of downloads.

  • Since 2019, we have reduced plastic consumption in our offices.

  • We have replaced plastic water bottles with water coolers. All plastic forks, spoons, and knives have been replaced with metal ones. Plastic plates have been replaced with ceramic and paper ones (biodegradable in 6 months).

Also, the company is a resident of the IT Park in Uzbekistan, where it is directly involved in the local market and has abilities to participate in important local initiatives, respond to the local community’s challenges, and offer relevant solutions.

  • AMC Bridge strives to share experiences and join educational initiatives. The company has signed a partnership agreement with 12 higher educational institutions in Ukraine and with Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi in Uzbekistan.

  • Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, AMC Bridge has regularly allocated funds to colleagues’ volunteer initiatives and large charity organizations that help the Ukrainian military and civilians affected by the war. The employees actively help defenders of Ukraine to cover urgent needs for equipment, transport, medicine, and so on.

  • Every year AMC Bridge participates in charity events on the eve of St. Nicholas Day. Colleagues get together to give help and care for the kids in need. We collaborate with charitable organizations that bring joy to children, and every year the team donates hundreds of gifts—books, toys, art sets, and sweets.
