POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as an internal consultant and delivery driver, helping to optimize, automate, and bring order to AMC Bridge’s internal business ecosystem.

You will focus on end-to-end execution of complex internal initiatives across various business units (including Operations, HR, Legal, IT, and Finance). This position is ideal for a system-thinking professional who thrives on transforming process chaos and unstructured data into clear, predictable, and automated workflows. The role is focused on project delivery rather than people management.

LOCATION: Ukraine (remote), Uzbekistan (Tashkent)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:  

3+ years of project management experience.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of the project management lifecycle
• Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with a project/task tracking tool (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate or higher level of English

NICE TO HAVE:  

• Experience managing internal business initiatives or internal projects
• Experience with Azure DevOps specifically
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure

DUTIES:

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery progress in line with defined project scope and objectives
• Act as the primary coordination point between project stakeholders and project teams
• Maintain regular, structured communication with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Track and report project delivery metrics, including on-time delivery, lead time, scope adherence, and resource utilization
• Identify, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and escalations
• Support adherence to defined project management processes and governance standards
• Manage 2–3 projects or initiatives in parallel
