POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a PR Manager to lead strategic communication initiatives and campaigns that elevate our employer brand, strengthen internal communications, and expand our digital PR presence across global locations (Ukraine, India, Uzbekistan, Poland). This is a great opportunity for a PR professional with experience in international, cross-cultural environments and emerging leadership skills.
LOCATION: Ukraine (remote)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
4–6 years of experience in PR, communications, or employer branding, including 1–2+ years in team or project management.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, or a closely related discipline.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in digital PR and social media management

- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
DUTIES:
- Lead strategic and tactical initiatives that support global employer branding, internal communications, and digital PR
- Manage PR campaigns and projects from concept to delivery, overseeing timelines, resources, and execution
- Manage a focused PR team by overseeing task prioritization, deadlines, budget, workload distribution, and performance tracking
- Oversee the company’s digital PR and social media strategy, ensuring brand consistency, cost-effective content production, and a KPI-driven approach to effectiveness
- Drive global employer branding efforts by acting as a strategic global leader, ensuring alignment with international leadership standards and integrating cross-cultural communication best practices into all initiatives
- Launch initiatives that leverage AI, automation, and process optimization to enhance PR impact and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, prepare reports for senior leadership, and refine strategies based on performance data and strategic business goals
- Serve as a communication bridge between leadership, employees, and external partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement across all touchpoints and cultures
- Respond to requests from HR, Global Operations, Global Delivery, and other departments by assessing communication challenges and developing tailored solutions that address specific needs and support broader company initiatives
