POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various functions including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy, and employee relations.
LOCATION: Tashkent (Uzbekistan)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in recruitment, HR policy, and compensation and benefits administration.
EDUCATION:
MBA or PGDM in Human resources or a related field.
REQUIREMENTS:
Recruitment:
- Good understanding of basic employment and work-related legislation
- Understanding of the basic programming/computer science terminology, software development lifecycle, and the nuances of various technical roles
- Knowledge of different recruitment tools, CRM systems, and sourcing instruments; experience of working with different job boards and hiring portals
- Ability to perform effective CV screening and quickly match work experience and skills with job requirements
- Ability to conduct interviews using the STAR method or other similar techniques
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
HR:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
- Experience in onboarding, adaptation, retention, and other HR processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make efficient decisions quickly
- Support of and participation in company events, including company presentations and office tours

DUTIES:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offer negotiations
- Gather and process contacts during and after PR events
- Conduct and support employee onboarding, adaptation, promotion, and probation processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and organizing employee events, administering employee surveys, and developing employee recognition programs
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and maintaining employee records
- Assist with HR policy and compliance, including ensuring that all policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with legal requirements
- Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
