Once a channel devoted to volunteering was created, the AMC Bridge team managed to raise two and a half million hryvnias just for several weeks. Furthermore, the company joined the initiative and set up a fund to make donations.

Volunteering is the name of a special channel where any teammate can share a message from volunteers or initiate fundraising for military or humanitarian needs. Specifically, the collected funds were spent to help battalions of the Territorial Defense Forces and the people from Sumy and Mariupol; to buy medical supplies for the Dnipro military hospital and technical equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, the opening message in the channel says:

“We wish to draw your attention that the AMC Bridge team continues working to have the possibility of supporting the Ukrainian economy and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We are the inherent home front, which makes Ukraine closer to its victory.”

It’s also worth mentioning that the AMC Bridge Board decided to establish a fund that will support employees’ volunteer initiatives. The fund will be financed from the company’s budget to resolve urgent requests faster and more effectively.
