AMC Bridge took part in the second RunIT 2018: Skills Marathon, which was held in Dnipro. Representatives of the company told about told about the opportunities company offers for a career start and further professional growth, organized a lot of interesting activities for the participants. In addition, Sergei Fomin, IT-director of AMC Bridge, and Andrii Poltavets, Software Engineer, delivered the presentations.
Serhii Fomin shared the approach of AMC Bridge to the successful IT career development along with the company’s experience in building the internship program which helps the best student to become a part of a team working on various client projects. This program previously was a part of the Research Department, but eventually evolved into AMC Bridge Campus project, which has currently been implementing.
Andriy Poltavets in his presentation "Challenging with VR: Lessons Learned" made an overview of current situation on VR/AR market reviewing devices, and described how to get involved into AR/VR software development.
This year, the conference gathered about 500 participants, and the event program consisted of 4 streams: Manage IT, Implement IT, Care IT, Open IT. The conference was interesting both for those who were responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, analyzing and managing projects and software developers. Managers, IT specialists, recruiters and students could learn about the most relevant trends and talk about what brings together the IT industry.
