As part of AMC Bridge’s approach to maintaining clear communication and team coordination across its development centers, Nataliia Zarubina, Director of AMC Bridge Ukraine, visited the company’s offices in Dnipro, Khmelnytskyi, Lviv, and Chernivtsi.

The visit featured a series of in-person meetings and presentations focused on internal initiatives and company priorities for the remainder of 2025. The sessions served as a platform to ensure alignment on ongoing plans, share updates, and encourage active participation through open, two-way dialogue.

In addition to formal discussions, each stop of the visit included informal conversations and open Q&A sessions, offering team members the opportunity to engage directly with leadership, raise questions, and share feedback in a transparent and constructive setting.
