650+ Employees, a Development Center in Lviv and a Startup Spirit - What Were We Talking About at the Summer Core Team Meeting?

AMC Bridge Management held a regular meeting with key employees of the company. At the traditional semi-annual Core Team Meeting Vadym Synakh, COO was talking about the company's key performance indicators.

 

TOP 5 facts about AMC Bridge in the first half of 2019.

  1. The team is growing: at the beginning of this July, the total number of employees reached a little over than 650+ people.
  2. D3D is loved by participants: this year we successfully held the fifth anniversary conference Demystifying 3D Development.
  3. We are expanding: this year we opened a new development center in Lviv and moved to a renewed office in Khmelnytskyi.
  4. New partnerships with universities: we signed a partnership agreement with Lviv Polytechnic National University.
  5. New educational program: we have recently completed a course on 3D graphics programming in Dnipro, Sumy, Chernivtsi, and Khmelnytskyi – at the universities that the company has signed partnership agreements with.

 At the meeting, Vadym shared with the team interesting information from an internal employee survey conducted the day before.

One of the most important topics of the meeting was the theme of the corporate culture. In his report Igor Tsinman, President of the company, was talking about the values of the company, its vision and the place on the market.

Among the other things, one of the company's values is openness, sincerity, and honesty in the framework of business ethics. Representatives of AMC Bridge top management also discussed important topics with employees during Q&A session. Michael Ludensky, Igor Tsinman, Vadym Synakh and Boris Shoov answered the questions about the company's development plans and possible ways of to optimize work processes.
