WFH: how AMC Bridge has changed a workflow for remote work and what customers think about it

After five months of working from home, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey.

AMC Bridge made an immediate decision to switch to WFH in order to protect the health and well-being of employees during a COVID-19 pandemic. The next step was to continue servicing clients at the highest level. It required quick technological and organizational adjustments.

We have taken all the necessary measures to maintain a smooth customer experience. We let employees to take all the necessary equipment home and protected their work resources connections. During the process restructuring, the capabilities of our communications systems, team development tools were expanded to ensure they’re scalable as server load increases.

We conducted a customer survey to find out their satisfaction level with our services and explore the impact of WFH on the efficiency of work. The survey results confirm our assumptions and prove that the taken steps were right:

  • 98% of clients confirmed that AMC Bridge team works as efficiently from home as from the office
  • 100% of clients receive a well-timed feedback on their projects from company managers.

Our clients appreciated our teams’ work and the overall quality of the AMC Bridge services in their feedback:

«Your team has done a tremendous job of continuing to function in these difficult times. If I was not aware of the situation, I would think they are in the office and had not experienced any disruption. They are doing a great job».

Thomas Turner, ARAS

«I really appreciate the engineers/team members from AMC Bridge that proactively make recommendation for changing the process, product or otherwise».

Jason Chan, MakerBot Industries LLC

«Overall, the team is doing a wonderful job in these stressful times, thank you!».

Beth Crowell, Amadeus Hospitality, Inc.

The survey confirmed that decisive actions taken earlier this year allowed our clients to continue receiving the uninterrupted high-level services.

AMC Bridge continues to strive for being Employer of choice for employees and Vendor of choice for customers.
