AMC Bridge Top Management Summit in Wrocław Focuses on AI and Business Transformation

AMC Bridge President and CEO Igor Tsinman and COO Vadym Synakh led a Top Management Summit in Wroclaw, Poland focused on business transformation and the growing impact of AI across all aspects of the organizational business operations. The meeting brought together managers from Delivery, HR, PR, alongside technical leaders based in Europe.

A central topic of the discussions was the growing impact of artificial intelligence on software development, client expectations, and the delivery of the company’s services. As AI enables technical teams to deliver more efficiently and changes the economics of software development, customers are increasingly looking beyond development capacity toward business outcomes, industry expertise, and more strategic technology partnerships.

The management team discussed how AMC Bridge can respond to these changes by accelerating the direction the company has already been pursuing: further developing its consultancy-focused approach and combining its technological and industry expertise with AI-enabled solutions.

“AI is dramatically changing the way software-based technology solutions are created and delivered to customers, while also opening new opportunities for companies that can combine technology with deep engineering expertise and a strong understanding of their clients’ businesses. At AMC Bridge, this is already central to how we work with customers: understanding the broader business challenges, helping shape the right solution, and delivering results that create real value. As AI continues to transform the market, we will continue building on this approach,” said Igor Tsinman, President and CEO of AMC Bridge.

The visit also included an informal meeting with the AMC Bridge team in Poland, providing an opportunity for colleagues to meet senior management, exchange perspectives, and connect outside the formal meeting agenda.

With teams operating across multiple countries and an established presence in Europe, AMC Bridge continues to strengthen collaboration between business, technical, and delivery leadership as the company adapts to a rapidly evolving market demand. The meetings in Wrocław reinforced a shared direction: accelerating AI adoption, deepening AMC Bridge’s role as a strategic technology partner, and evolving the company’s delivery approach to meet changing customer needs.

The Poland visit was the first in a broader series of meetings planned between AMC Bridge senior management and teams across the company’s global locations.
