During a full-scale war, AMC Bridge works strenuously to support our team members and Ukraine. The company’s major priority is the safety of the team and its relatives; that’s why AMC Bridge management appeals to take care of it in the first place. Our company has transferred 500,000 UAH to the country funds that help the army.

Preliminary, due to the war threat, the AMC Bridge Emergency Team that is actively working on the team’s urgent demands at the moment has been created in our company.

AMC Bridge development centers have become a shelter for the team members who leave their cities: one can get warm, have some meal, work, and stay for the night there if necessary.

For employees who go to Poland or Romania, there is an opportunity to help logistically or financially if needed.

Team members who join the Armed Forces of Ukraine or Territorial Defense Forces will get full payments for February and March. We believe that the situation in the country will get better moving forward, but we are ready to make further decisions depending on the current state of affairs.

We have created additional channels and emergency chats regarding the situations in the cities. We have also organized online meetings with a lawyer, who has shared peculiarities of the wartime situation, with a psychologist, who has given advice on how to save mental health during the war, and also with AMC Bridge management, where the situation in the company during the war has been outlined.
