In March 2022, AMC Bridge opened its first office in Poland, Wroclaw. It continued the strategy of the company services geography expansion. From now on, it is the main AMC Bridge office in Europe, where the search for candidates is in progress.
Besides the chance to provide software development services to European companies and existing clients, the AMC Bridge’s presence in Poland also opens up opportunities for Ukrainian and European programmers. Henceforth, the company vacancies are available for specialists from Poland and other European countries.
President of AMC Bridge Igor Tsinman says, “Two years of remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic have taught our teams to be effective no matter how far we are from each other. In 2020, we started hiring remotely throughout Ukraine, and in 2022, we are announcing hiring for our Polish office. I am convinced that it is opening an important and extremely exciting page in the history of AMC Bridge.”
“We aim to scale the company culture, which was being formed over the past 20-plus years, and to find specialists who are close to our tasks and specialization in engineering software. Therefore, we are open to cooperation with Ukrainian and European candidates,” adds Iryna Taran, AMC Bridge Regional Manager in Poland.
As of today, 20 AMC Bridge specialists work in Poland. At the same time, the company stays in Ukraine and will continue employing Ukrainian specialists.
