AMC Bridge has been accomplishing its key objectives, reviewed by the company management every six months.
One of the main strategic objectives of the past year was the expansion of the business network by adding new names to the Clients' list and partnering with companies overseas. The company signed agreements with peers in Japan and Sweden to deliver and promote its engineering software development services in the applicable regions.
As demonstration consistent growth dynamics both in revenue and workforce, the company's average 5-year growth exceeded 25%, with it's close to 40% growth in 2018, and its steady hiring policy brought about two essential milestones of 400+ and 500+ employees within the year.
For the fourth consecutive year, the company has held D3D, the specialized conference bringing together the representatives of local IT cluster, sharing the experience with attendees and giving them a better understanding of AMC Bridge's perspective, activities, and insights. We also shared our expertise by publishing the article about the surface reconstruction research results in a scientific industry publication. For the first time, the company has conducted a live broadcast of the speeches in its development centers in Sumy, Khmelnytsky, and Chernivtsi.
The conference was focused on usage of AI and Cloud technologies for developing of Engineering applications, as well as on discussions of core elements of Computational Geometry and 3D modeling.
In terms of social responsibility, AMC Bridge continues collaboration with Ukrainian universities by introducing new specialized courses, as well as providing mentorship and support to their students. This
year the company has launched an Intensive Course on 3D Programming for students in Dnipro, Khmelnytsky, and Chernivtsi.
As in previous years, AMC Bridge was named to several international ranking lists, like The Global Outsourcing 100 and Inc. 5000, recognizing the company's consistent revenue growth and staff additions. The Ukrainian IT communities mentioned AMC Bridge among TOP-50 IT companies in Ukraine.
