AMC Bridge continues its mission of investing in the next generation of technology talent by hosting a dedicated event for university students in Uzbekistan, focused on introducing the company’s Campus Trainee Program. Held in Tashkent, the event welcomed aspiring software developers to explore practical pathways into the IT industry and gain first-hand insight into working at AMC Bridge.

Abbos Zayniddinov, Managing Director of AMC Bridge Uzbekistan, opened the event with an overview of the company’s global presence and growth in the local market. This was followed by a detailed introduction to the Campus Trainee Program by Dr. Zukhritdin Ergashev, Education Program Coordinator, who highlighted how the initiative equips students with the skills needed to thrive in professional software development.

The event’s highlight was a presentation from Dilmurod Rozikov, Software Development Engineer at AMC Bridge and a successful graduate of the Campus Trainee Program. Dilmurod shared his journey from student to full-time engineer, discussing his experience building internal projects, working with modern tech stacks, and transitioning to client work.

The event concluded with a Q&A session and informal networking, giving students the opportunity to connect directly with AMC Bridge representatives and ask practical questions about the trainee program and career development.

In late 2024, the company introduced the Campus Trainee Program in Uzbekistan to provide university students with a structured path into the software industry through hands-on training, internal mentorship, and early access to real project work.
