Every half year, AMC Bridge management assembles at the Core Team Meeting to summarize the company work results for the previous period and to outline plans for the upcoming one. 2021 achievements include ramp-up, historic sales, and effective steps that were taken to retain employees in the context of a hot market. For 2022, the plans are as follows: the client geography expansion, further hiring throughout Ukraine, and fast reaction to the market and employees’ demand.
“The company has changed, but we think for the better.”
AMC Bridge continues working towards being the best service provider for clients and the best employer for the team. According to the 2021 survey, 92% of team members are ready to recommend us to their friends, and 91% of clients are happy with AMC Bridge services.
Last year, the company had impressive revenue growth. AMC Bridge managed to reach the highest level of sales in the second half year.
“We observe active digitalization processes. COVID-19 has become the catalyst of those processes. The tendencies are not new, but the pandemic conditions have revealed them and made them more distinct. At the moment, a lot of money is invested in digitalization, and Ukraine is a part of this global market and its changes: the number of offers and candidates grows in the IT sector. The market is truly hot. All that influences AMC Bridge. We accept those changes and react to them. The company has changed, but we think for the better,” Igor Tsinman, the President of AMC Bridge, shares his remarks.
The conditions of the hot IT market and remote work lay down the law: a high attrition level is becoming a new normal. But in AMC Bridge, attrition is under control. As Vadym Synakh, the COO of the company, says, in 2021, we took successful steps for employees retention:
- Apart from two regular rate reviews, we had one more at the beginning of the second half year.
- At the end of the year, systematic one-on-one meetings of project managers and team members were introduced. It will help improve the quality of communications inside teams, increase the faith level, and create a platform for regular and efficient bidirectional feedback.
Recruitment corresponded to our needs in 2021. The team growth is gradual. Hence, AMC Bridge counted almost 800 employees at the year-end.
“We are optimistic about the future—projecting much more significant growth in 2022.”
AMC Bridge professionals’ expertise and business processes understanding let us not only fulfill clients’ requests but deliver complex solutions to eliminate their business problems. That’s why we’ll continue moving in the direction of services and solutions providing. Our strategic plans also include further increasing enterprise-clients number and expanding their geography.
Besides, among our projects for the first half of 2022 are the following ones:
- Further communication improvement in teams at different levels.
- Keeping rates at the market level—we actively monitor it.
- Further experts hiring throughout Ukraine.
- Substantial attention to information security.
- Training for management—team leaders, project managers, directors.
According to Vadym Synakh’s words, in the first half year, we will also bring to life new educational projects in the Campus training program—the existing web projects will be enriched with 3D geometry tasks.
“We are optimistic about the future—projecting much more significant growth in 2022,” Igor Tsinman, the President of AMC Bridge, sums up the plans for the next year.
