The AMC Bridge management team held its annual Core Team meeting. Wrapping up 2019, Igor Tsinman, the President, and Vadym Synakh, COO, spoke about our achievements in the past year and the development strategy for 2020.

Vadym Synakh talked about the growth in the number of employees, the progress of our internal and external educational initiatives, and the expanding scope of our corporate social responsibility programs:

• In 2019, over 100 employees joined the AMC Bridge team, choosing us as a trustworthy employer.
• The company continued with its educational program in 3D Programming and Computer Graphics, engaging the students of the partnering Khmelnytskyi, Sumy, Chernivtsi, and Dnipro universities into the course for the second year running. In 2020, AMC Bridge will launch a similar course at the newly partnered Lviv Polytechnic National University.
• The year also showed an increase in internal seminars and open meetups with more team members willing to share their expertise with their colleagues.
• In terms of corporate social responsibility, AMC Bridge supported the existing projects and established several new initiatives.

Igor Tsinman shared his vision of expertise expansion and the strategic objective of entering the enterprise market. The President expressed confidence in achieving the goals by staying true to our core values: professionalism and initiative, strong business ethics, mutual respect, and teamwork.

The team also discussed the vendor selection criteria to ensure and strengthen the company’s position as a vendor of choice in 2020.

‘We aspire to become the ultimate experts for our clients. We have the expertise not only to develop software they require but also to help them find ways to optimize their processes and solve business problems. Our goal is to become the vendor to whom the client turns when conceptualizing what to develop and how to develop it best,’ said Igor Tsinman.
