2025 marked a milestone year for AMC Bridge as the company celebrated its 25th anniversary and continued strengthening its global presence, deepening cross-cultural engagement, and advancing work in emerging technologies shaping the future of engineering software development. Throughout the year, AMC Bridge reinforced operational alignment, expanded its AI-focused initiatives, and sustained its commitment to community support across locations.

Strengthening Strategy and Leadership Coordination

2025 opened with a series of high-impact events focused on reinforcing company strategy and cross-location coordination.

The Annual Leadership Summit in the US gathered representatives from across AMC Bridge to review achievements from the previous year, align priorities for 2025, and discuss long-term business development and innovation objectives. This was followed by a company-wide Town Hall, where Senior Management presented the strategic vision for the year ahead, emphasizing the importance of delivery excellence, operational alignment, and global growth.

Throughout the year, management continued its focus on strengthening collaboration across locations. Strategic visits to India and Uzbekistan supported team development and operational coordination, while a series of on-site meetings across AMC Bridge Ukraine facilitated open dialogue on internal initiatives, communication and company updates.

Mid-year, Senior Management travelled to Poland for a strategic planning session, focusing on alignment around client needs, market dynamics, and operational coordination across locations.

Expanding AI Expertise and Technical Exploration

Artificial intelligence played a prominent role throughout 2025. The year included multiple AI-focused events and activities, including an AI-focused Meetup that gathered professionals to explore the capabilities of AI agents, followed by a biannual reception with experts featuring in-depth discussions between Senior Management and technical specialists on emerging AI opportunities.

The company also introduced a new technology demonstration focused on AI-assisted construction inspections, showcasing how computer vision can identify cracks in concrete and support safer infrastructure evaluation—highlighting AMC Bridge’s continued interest in real-world applications of AI in engineering domains.

Marking 25 Years of AMC Bridge

In its 25th anniversary year, AMC Bridge continued reinforcing personal and professional connections across its global locations.

The anniversary celebrations included Senior Management visits to Poland and Ukraine, where industry developments, strategic priorities, and a quarter century of progress were discussed, along with local activities across company locations to mark the milestone.

To celebrate the company’s anniversary, AMC Bridge also launched a project featuring personal stories from colleagues across locations—capturing experiences, insights, and moments that shaped their journeys at the company over the years.

A conversation with the President revisited the company’s origins, key developments, and the vision guiding the years ahead.

Community Support and Educational Engagement

Community and educational initiatives remained an important component of AMC Bridge’s activities.

In Uzbekistan, AMC Bridge organized a student event in Tashkent, Uzbekistan dedicated to university engagement and real-world engineering learning as part of the company’s trainee program.

In India, AMC Bridge team supported World Environment Day with a tree-planting activity in Pune, reinforcing the company’s commitment to environmental awareness and community contribution.

Closing out the year, AMC Bridge continued its annual St. Nicholas Day charity initiative, uniting employees in support of orphanages, humanitarian centers, and hospitals across Ukraine—providing essentials and support to children in need.
