AMC Bridge Board held the regular quarterly meetings – lunch with the company’s core team. Igor Tsinman, the company President, and Vadym Synakh, Chief Operating Officer, delivered the presentations outlining the main company results and trends of the first half of 2016 as well as introduced team to the inside workings and unique specifics of IT Service Organization Sales process.
Numbers and statics outlined by Vadym painted a picture of continued and steady company growth both in terms of revenue and new accounts as well as number of employees.
Igor’s talk was aiming to clarify misconceptions and confusion that often surround Sales process at IT Service organization. Among the important points outlined was the need for continuity of Sales process so number of new deals are kept coming even though the sales process may take more than a year to complete. Critical role of team’s good work in retaining and expanding relations with the new as well as existing customers was strongly emphasized. It was convincingly shown that long term accounts steaming from the good work done by the team are foundation of the company success.
